Refunds & Returns

All merchandise sold through the Official Buffalonickel Films Inc. Studio Store is made to order.

Because items are produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, be it damaged, defective, or incorrect, please email us at buffalonickelfilms@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with a description of the problem and photos if applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds or replacements will be issued for items that arrive damaged or incorrect or defective. We do not offer refunds for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.
