Refunds & Returns

All merchandise sold through the Buffalonickel Films Long Haulers store is made to order.

Because items are produced specifically for each customer, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

If there is an issue with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a description of the problem and photos if applicable. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds or replacements will be issued for items that arrive damaged or incorrect. We do not offer refunds for sizing issues or buyer’s remorse.
